Senior Content Analytics Business Analyst

Turn complex content data into strategic insights as a Senior Content Business Analyst with flexible work from home, office, or collaboration space. Use analytics and storytelling to guide decisions.
Within Global Skills & Credentials, you will evaluate educational content performance across courses, credentials, and programs. The role connects learner, operational, financial, and portfolio data to company objectives. You will work with finance, data science, data engineering, revenue operations, and content strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze content performance, learner engagement, and portfolio growth
- Develop and monitor KPIs supporting company-level OKRs
- Resolve legacy data challenges for deeper performance analysis
- Use generative AI to improve analysis and reporting
- Present trends, opportunities, and recommendations to executives
Requirements:
- 5+ years in business analysis, analytics, or related disciplines
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with generative AI for data analysis processes
- Experience with SQL, Salesforce, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools
