Finance Specialist

Job Responsibility:

Overview

The Financing Specialist is an exciting new role at WBM Technologies engaging with and providing support to customers, sales personnel, leadership team, and external financing partners.

This position will work from WBM's Saskatoon office directly finance team members, WBM's sales team, as well as other senior leaders at WBM.

Qualifications

The candidate has post-secondary education in accounting (e.g., Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a focus in finance, accounting, or other business discipline).

Professional office experience in a customer/vendor facing capacity is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client facing lease rate quoting and proposal generation.
• Best-in-class leasing operations with customer and partner centric focus.
• Administration of customer credit, collections, and funding plans.
• Present information to internal and external customers.
• Service focus driving for timely completion.

Professional Skills

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, leasing partners, and internal teams.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and conditions effectively with clients and leasing partners.
• Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and prepare financial information.
• Attention to Detail: Precision quoting and reviewing information to ensure accuracy and best solution.
