Enjoy a balanced work schedule with 6-7 home call shifts monthly and engage in continuous quality improvement with a supportive team. Included is the opportunity to mentor medical students while exploring professional growth options. The area offers extensive trails and recreational activities for nature lovers. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary and consultative maternity care
- Collaborate with midwifery and family practice teams
- Supervise elective medical students if desired
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Share practice resources with colleagues
- Eligible for ACOG board certification
- CMPA and CPSBC eligibility required
- Strong teamwork orientation and communication
- Commitment to community-focused healthcare
- Openness to mentorship and leadership roles
