Lead operations at West Coast Seniors Housing Management as a General Manager. Ensure optimal quality of care, customer satisfaction, and community engagement strategies in this leadership role. - Provide consultative advice on service design and procedures
- Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field
- 7 years of related experience, including 2 years in leadership
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications
- Solid conflict resolution and customer service skills
