Remote Credit Solutions Specialist - Account Maintenance

Ford Credit

Ford Credit Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Account Maintenance to join a remote, Canada-wide team. You will engage with customers and dealers to understand delinquency causes, negotiate payment arrangements, and apply solutions to bring accounts back to good standing.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, familiarity with credit concepts, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting in-person training in Edmonton, AB.
