We are seeking an experienced Machinery Assembler specializing in electrical control panel building and complete machine wiring. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical schematics literacy, mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience working with industrial electro-mechanical systems.

This is a permanent, full time role, located in Mississauga!

Responsibilities
-Schematics & Drawings: Read and interpret complex electrical schematics (50–200 pages), wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
-Panel Assembly & Wiring: Build, mount, and execute point-to-point wiring for control panels, subpanels, and power enclosures.

-Component Integration: Install PLCs, VFDs, relays, contactors, transformers, circuit breakers, and power supplies.
-Standard-Compliant Routing: Route, bundle, ferrule, label, and terminate wiring according to UL 508A standards.
-Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform continuity tests, functional checks, and initial panel/machinery troubleshooting.
-Machine Integration: Mount subpanels into enclosures and complete full machine wiring connections.
-Quality & Safety: Report design discrepancies to leadership and uphold safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE usage.

Qualifications
-Experience: 2+ years of electrical panel building or machine wiring experience.
-Education: Post-secondary diploma/certificate in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on trade experience).
-Technical Skills: Strong ability to read multi-page schematics, execute precise panel building/crimping, and use multimeters for continuity testing.
-Standards & Knowledge: Working knowledge of UL 508A electrical standards alongside solid mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
-Physical & Equipment: Must own basic hand tools (screwdrivers, Allen keys, etc.) and be able to lift 30–50 lbs while standing for the full shift.
-Assessment: Must pass an on-site schematic reading and bench wiring test.
