Carrière Bernier Ltée. est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) estimateur.trice pour se joindre à notre équipe. La personne titulaire du poste joue un rôle clé dans les opérations en assurant le bon fonctionnement du processus de soumission pour nos diverses divisions : Pavage, excavation et électrique

Votre quotidien

Analyser les plans, devis et documents d'appels d'offres;

Effectuer les relevés de quantités et les calculs de coûts;

Solliciter, analyser et comparer les soumissions des fournisseurs et sous-traitants;

Préparer et monter les estimations complètes pour les projets;

Évaluer les besoins en main-d'œuvre, équipements, matériaux et sous-traitance;

Participer aux visites de chantier lorsque requis;

Identifier les risques et opportunités associés aux projets soumissionnés;

Collaborer avec les chargés de projets et l'équipe des opérations lors du transfert des dossiers obtenus;

Maintenir à jour les bases de données de coûts, prix unitaires et fournisseurs.

Exigences du poste

Technique en génie civil;

Baccalauréat en construction (un atout);

Posséder 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;

Bonne connaissance des travaux d'excavation, réseaux souterrains, infrastructures municipales, voirie et béton;

Bonnes habiletés d'analyse et souci du détail;

Maîtrise de la lecture de plans et devis;

Expérience avec un logiciel d'estimation (TPL).
