Steer Siloam Mission's philanthropic vision with innovative fundraising and engagement strategies. Engage with donors and elevate community connection through impactful leadership.
This role of Director of Philanthropy, Stewardship & Engagement reports to the CEO and is integral in achieving financial sustainability through diverse fundraising initiatives. With a focus on relationship management, this position enhances community awareness and promotes active participation in Siloam's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic fundraising plans to meet budgetary goals
• Cultivate and manage major donor relationships
• Oversee volunteer programs and communications
• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations
• Develop actionable donor stewardship strategies
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in nonprofit leadership
• Strong understanding of fundraising principles
• Experience with CRM systems and donor relations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Educational background in relevant fields
Drive fundraising excellence while enhancing community engagement for Siloam Mission.
