You will be the Bank’s senior governance officer, trusted to the Board of Directors and executive leadership, safeguarding governance integrity and enabling effective decision-making.You will lead enterprise governance standards, advise on complex Board matters, oversee corporate records, public-company reporting, and insider compliance, while operating with independence and judgment.
