Rejoignez une entreprise d’assurance leader en tant qu'Expert en sinistres, en télétravail et sur le terrain. Analysez des réclamations complexes tout en maintenant des relations client exceptionnelles. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'analyse des réclamations de dommages et des enquêtes sur les pertes. Vous devrez également examiner les polices d’assurance, négocier des règlements et optimiser les coûts des sinistres. Vous travaillerez principalement à distance, mais serez disponible pour des visites sur place lorsque nécessaire. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyser et traiter les réclamations de sinistres matériels
• Mener des enquêtes sur site pour évaluer les pertes
• Examiner les polices d’assurance pour vérifier la couverture
• Négocier les règlements avec les assurés
• Maintenir d’excellentes relations avec les clients Requirements:
• 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en réclamations au Québec
• Permis d'expert en règlement de sinistre requis
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
• Excellentes compétences en communication
• Permis de conduire de classe 5 nécessaire Mettez à profit votre expertise en sinistres pour offrir un service client de qualité et gérer efficacement les réclamations.
