Store Leader on Duty: Elevate Sales & Experience

Knix

Knix is seeking a dynamic Key Lead for our Ottawa store to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach a high-performing team, lead shift execution, and uphold Knix selling standards on the sales floor.

With 1–2+ years in retail and a track record of hitting sales targets, you will elevate customer engagement, maximize store KPIs, and model inclusive, authentic leadership. This role offers evenings/weekends, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.
