Lead Midnite's growth initiatives as the Canadian Growth Director in Toronto. Drive strategic market expansion and optimize performance for a next-gen gaming platform. The Head of Growth - Canada is a vital leadership position at Midnite, overseeing the execution of growth strategies tailored for the Canadian casino market. You will integrate performance marketing, brand enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve performance targets and grow our player base. Your insights will guide investment decisions across media channels and promotional strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and implement the Canadian Growth strategy
- Optimize investment across media and player incentives
- Align Brand, Media, CRM, and Affiliates with KPIs
- Develop a local, actionable go-to-market plan
- Build a high-performing Growth team in Canada
- Senior-level performance marketing experience required
- Knowledge in player value, payback, and retention
- Proficiency in marketing attribution and measurement
- Familiarity with the Canadian media landscape
- Gaming or fintech background preferred
