Drive compliance and legal strategy as the General Counsel at Source Energy Services. This full-time, on-site position offers an executive-level opportunity to lead legal operations in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal guidance to the executive team and the Board of Directors. Your focus on corporate governance, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation will ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Oversee various legal matters and contribute to the organization's strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead legal advice for executive team and Board
• Oversee regulatory compliance and governance
• Manage contract negotiations and commercial agreements
• Direct litigation strategies and external legal counsel
• Monitor compliance programs across jurisdictions
Requirements:
• LLB and member in good standing in a provincial bar
• 8-15 years of corporate law experience
• Strong commercial and regulatory law expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven negotiation and strategic thinking skills
