Insurance Advisor

We’re searching for an Insurance Advisor . Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Insurance Advisor in Victoria, BC at our Langford office.
Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $22.20 to $27.75 per hour based on a 35-hour work week.
Responsibilities
- Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
- Take ownership of client relationships.
- Help grow the company’s presence and profile in the local community.
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.
- Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations.
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.
Qualifications
- Laser-focused, track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build authentic client relationships.
- Master time manager; can prioritize workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- 6+ months of industry experience.
