Elevate your career as an Administrative Support Specialist with Acera, focusing on the Commercial Insurance sector. You’ll engage in crucial administrative tasks, from processing various insurance documents to assisting with account management. This role requires a strong understanding of the commercial insurance landscape and proficiency in using technology, particularly our Broker Management System, to support the team’s efforts effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Process statements of values and insurance certificates
- Review and edit policy documents for errors
- Manage Director/Manager’s EPIC Homepage and renewal lists
- Collaborate to enhance service levels and client satisfaction
- Organize proposals and handle Account Receivables efficiently
- Must have or pursue a general insurance level 2 license
- At least 3 years of relevant commercial insurance experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office tools and EPIC
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
