Service Business Development Associate

(Location) is currently seeking a Service Business Development Associate to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Key Accountabilities & Objectives:

• Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer inquiries
• Set appointments for customers to come in and meet with service
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs and prioritize in order to provide assistance to the customer
• Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Work closely in partnership with Service Advisors, Technicians and management to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
• Maintain a high Customer Service Experience index score
• Respond to customer complaints and following established concern resolution process
• Assist fellow team members when required
• Communicate escalated customer concerns to appropriate manager when required
• Provide feedback to management and maintain open communication on concerns, suggestions, requirements etc.

Special Requirements:  

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Post Secondary Education Preferred
• Strong technical skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
