Customer Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Responsibility:
Our dynamic new Associate will be responsible for:
- Preparing customer orders
- Order verification (making sure that what's pulled is accurately filled)
- Order reconciliation
- Receiving & receiving entry
- Releasing backorders
- Invoicing
- Filing paperwork
- Uploading certificates of conformance to various drop boxes & websites
- Weekly cycle counts, one product line per week
- Stale date assessment, checking product that is headed toward expiry.
- Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse.
- Provided back up coverage for the current Customer Service Team
- Must have a valid forklift license

The salary stated is the starting point for our Candidate and will be reviewed after 90 days employment.

Summary
As a Customer Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be integral to our warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order picking and fulfillment. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will utilize your core skills in heavy lifting and order picking, alongside premium skills in forklift operation and warehouse management systems. Your experience in shipping and receiving will enhance our efficiency. Additionally, your computer skills and familiarity with filing will support our documentation processes. Join our team to help maintain high standards of service and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
