We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. Must be able to drive 18 speed manual transmission. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting aggregate to and from various locations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials to designated locations
- Inspect truck before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, and fuel consumption
- Perform basic truck repairs as needed and keeping truck clean and tidy is a must
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedule
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements AZ or DZ license - Own transportation to and from shop yard
- Proven experience operating dump trucks or other heavy equipment
- Basic truck repair skills!!
- Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Wage:
Pay will be based on experience and the effort the driver puts in to keep the truck in good working order. Daily pre and post inspection weekly greasing of truck. Being easy on the equipment and keeping truck spotless. Showing up and not blowing shifts. If you can’t do this don’t apply no seat covers or steering wheel holders looking for real driver.
