Growth Marketing Channel Specialist

Drive growth experiments at MaintainX through paid social, programmatic, and emerging channels in a hybrid marketing environment. Use data to improve acquisition efficiency.As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will help run the experimentation engine behind MaintainX customer acquisition. You will structure tests, manage budgets, analyze performance, and recommend which channels to scale, pivot, or stop. The work supports B2B growth marketing for a SaaS platform used by industrial and frontline teams.Key Responsibilities:
Design structured tests across paid social and emerging channelsManage test budgets and shift spend toward performanceAnalyze quantitative and qualitative experiment resultsPresent recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadersBuild reusable testing frameworks and documentationRequirements:
Hands-on performance campaign and budget management experienceExperience co-managing $250-500K or more annuallyTrack record structuring tests and measuring impactExperience in B2B or SaaS growth marketingFluency with analytics tools and a CRMApply growth marketing expertise, channel testing, budget management, and analytics to expand MaintainX acquisition investments.
