Own measurable performance from traffic through conversion.As Valnet’s Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will test strategies and identify growth opportunities across Auto or Gaming. Your work spans paid media execution, audience targeting, lead capture, landing pages, and conversion optimization. You will also support Travel portfolio products, including travel insurance. Campaign analysis uses cost per lead, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, GA4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics for growth opportunitiesManage conversion tracking and analyze campaign dataOptimize lead capture forms and landing pages with development teamsTest ad copy, creative assets, targeting, and bidding strategiesGenerate qualified leads through paid acquisition campaignsRequirements:
Four or more years in growth marketing or digital acquisitionProven full-funnel ownership from execution through conversion optimizationStrong understanding of cost per lead and return on ad spendExperience with conversion tracking and attributionAnalytical, proactive, and comfortable owning campaign performanceBring growth marketing, conversion testing, and performance analytics skills to Valnet’s onsite Montreal acquisition team.
