Slinkemo Enterprises is a trucking company, operating now for 25 years. We are located at 2099 Fleming Road (very close to Loblaws).
We are heavily involved with: container handling and drayage, import loads and grain exports, transloads and destuffs, rail car unloads, crop inputs, and container storage. We have seen substantial growth in all areas. At current, we are in need of additional office help. This position will initially start off with part time hours - approximately 5 to 6 hours per day -- Monday thro Friday -- all weekends off. For the right individual, we would consider extending this to full time, 8 hr shifts. Valid license and dependable vehicle a must. Duties would include assisting office staff with inputs and billing, setting up loads on our TMS, among other clerical duties. Previous office experience is a definite asset. Our office works with several cloud based platforms -- ie Port Pro / QBO / and Sea Tech. This is a fast paced working environment, all office staff works out of a large Hard Shak unit - dispatchers / billing team / depot / all working in the same Hard Shak. A background in the world of container drayage would also be an asset. Your hourly wage will be dependent on the skill sets you have to offer.Vacancy posted 8 hours ago
