You will directly support the plant manager and assume managerial responsibilities when necessary. Engage effectively with teams to enhance product quality while adhering to production specifications. Key Responsibilities:

Support plant manager in all operational tasks
Plan production activities and priorities
Analyze production to fix issues
Communicate operational strategies effectively
Oversee team development and performance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
Over 10 years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years in management
Career aspirations toward plant management
Ability to adapt to varying shifts and travel
