• Our purpose is to "Paint homeowners dreams" and we want committed individuals who are passionate about that as well.
• You will be responsible for managing 7 to 9 crews in the field. The staffing, needed training, and hourly production of your assigned painter crews. Achievement of your team KPI’s include averaging 40 hours + weekly production per painter, Satisfied customer average review ratings of 98%, and maintaining a gross profit that matches past years numbers.
• Continuing education & training is part of the job.

5+ years of successfully managing multiple onsite crews who work in the home building or home improvement business.

• 2+ years of painter experience either residential or commercial.
• Experience using online scheduling systems for job assignments.
• Decent computer skills since all of our jobs are being run through Infusionsoft and Google Applications
• Have a car that can be driven all times of day or at least a valid driver’s license
• MUST be in love with solving problems in the field including client complaints, difficult employees, and putting out "field fires" on a daily/weekly basis.
• Great communication & conflict resolution negotiating skills to manage multiple types of clients and trades both verbal and written.
• 55-65k base salary based on experience and performance + incentives to get $70k+
• Participate in a medical benefit plan once upon completion of a 90 day trial.
