What Youll Do: - Help members with everyday banking services like bill payments, deposits, and withdrawals - Spot opportunities to support members and improve their financial well-being - Connect members with specialized staff to grow strong relationships - Solve problems and help members navigate banking challenges - Pitch in with branch operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed Who You Are: Experience in the financial industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We welcome a mix of academic, professional, and volunteer experience. You are a clear communicator, organized, and manage your time well.
