WUSC Senior Manager, Digital Transformation

Join WUSC as a Senior Manager for Digital Solutions and Data Governance in Ottawa. This hybrid role is key in managing data integrity and driving digital initiatives. - Oversee automation of key business processes
- Lead development of data protection plans
- Facilitate Digital Transformation meetings
- Manage coordination of digital upskilling across teams
- Foster an organizational culture of safety and respect
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in leading process automation and mapping
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce best practices
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
