Benefits included:

• You will be employed by us and paid every Friday.


• Contracts are set for 3 years, each year we will issue you a bonus up to $13,500 USD, this is paid out once every year divided.


• After your first 30 days of working, you'll receive $2,500 USD
  


• We help with your immigration which starts on a TN visa and then into an EB-3 green card for US citizenship.


• Hourly rates range from $47 to $72 CAD (will be in USD) per hour depending on which area you settle, with local cost of living. No cap on pay!

Relocation Assistance:
We pay for the first 2 months of rent of a place you and your family decide on with our relocation team. We cover many other expenses and will also reimburse if needed. Our relocation team goes all out for you and your family.

We have locations all over the states and we will help place you with the best one of your liking and experience. After 3 years you will have the option to transfer with us or renew with that facility and become employed by them or receive your green card and be free to do whatever you want. We have many safety features for you and your family and have successfully placed hundreds of nurses from all over the world.

Requirements:

• Canadian citizenship or from Africa


• NCLEX


• On-going bedside acute care or less than a 2 year gap from acute care

Position Responsibilities:
W ork with patients transitioning out of ICU but who typically require more care and attention than patients on a hospital's general floors. In other cases, ill patients on med-surg floors may need more medical attention and be transferred to step-down care. Treat patients experiencing many kinds of ailments, including cardio, neuro, surgical and ER patients, as well as those with chronic illnesses. Because of this, step-down nurses must be well versed in medical knowledge and personable patient care.

Other:
We have our own departments to help with your CGFNS Visa Screen and if your country if birth was not English, we will help you with the English Academic to obtain your Visa Screen.

Compensation: $68,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
