Xanadu Decor is a growing supplier of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, doors, windows, and related interior finishing products serving residential and commercial projects across Canada.
Compensation Options
Option 1 – Base Salary + Commission
- Competitive base salary

Option 2 – Independent Sales Representative (Commission Only)
- Fully remote position
- Flexible schedule
- Unlimited earning potential
- Ideal for experienced sales professionals with established industry contacts and networks.
Compensation and commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, developers, designers, and distributors
- Promote company products and services
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals
Qualifications
- Previous sales, business development, or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships and sales opportunities
- Experience in cabinetry, kitchen renovations, home improvement, construction, or building materials is considered a strong asset
