Strategic Account Associate Toronto
Fidelity International
Strategic Account Associates at Fidelity support clients through complex escalations, process improvements, and collaborative service delivery on a flexible hybrid schedule.
At Fidelity Clearing Canada, this associate manages smaller-firm relationships and helps improve client experience. The work includes issue resolution, client projects, product improvement requirements, and custom work orders. Success depends on communication, analysis, negotiation, and strong FCC Operations knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage smaller-firm client relationships and service expectations
- Resolve complex client problems, escalations, and exceptions
- Coordinate initiatives improving products, processes, and client experience
- Advocate for clients across FCC support departments
- Report delivered improvements, savings, and experience results
Requirements:
- Three years in client service or financial services operations
- Understanding of brokerage and discretionary investment management
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce reporting
- University degree or equivalent financial services experience
