Sous-chef de restaurant, vous dirigez la préparation culinaire et la supervision des cuisines. Ce poste permanent exige une solide expérience opérationnelle.
Vous travaillez dans un restaurant comme sous-chef, avec un certificat ou diplôme et trois à moins de cinq ans d'expérience. Vos responsabilités couvrent les menus, la qualité des aliments, l'inventaire et la formation du personnel. Vous préparez également des repas ou des aliments de spécialité selon les normes établies.
Responsabilités principales :
- Superviser les cuisiniers et les employés des cuisines
- Préparer et cuire des repas ou aliments de spécialité
- Dresser les menus et vérifier la qualité des aliments
- Tenir les dossiers de coûts, ventes, consommation et inventaire
- Former le personnel aux méthodes de préparation et manipulation
Exigences :
- Certificat ou diplôme
- Trois à moins de cinq ans d'expérience
- Expérience de travail dans ce domaine
- Disponibilité pour des quarts ou du travail sur appel
- Anglais comme langue de travail
