Senior Property Manager, Commercial Portfolio

ocpa

ocpa is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a mixed-use commercial portfolio, primarily retail, across Ontario. You will provide operational leadership, supervise multiple buildings, and drive tenant relations, cost controls, and risk management.

The role requires deep expertise with Yardi Voyager, strong financial acumen, and knowledge of Ontario property management legislation, new construction lease-up, and LTB processes.
