Remote Product Support Specialist at Affirm

Affirm, Inc.

Elevate your career as a Product Support Specialist with Affirm in a fully remote role. Support merchant partners and resolve technical issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams. In this remote position, you will play a key role in assisting Affirm’s merchant partners by providing quick and reliable service. You'll leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and maintain strong relationships with clients. Engaging with feedback, you will build scalable support processes and enhance operational workflows involving various e-Commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely support to e-Commerce merchants and partners
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues effectively
Collaborate with engineers on resolution of problems
Manage multiple inquiries with prioritization and professionalism
Communicate new features following partner feedback

Requirements:

Fluent in both French and English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in tech, eCommerce, or SaaS industry
Strong writing skills to explain technical concepts
Ability to handle high-volume requests with empathy
