Event Project Manager

Coordinate event-level project plans using stakeholder communication and risk management across varied global time zones. Occasional travel supports onsite events.
The Project Manager coordinates event planning and delivery with Event Product Managers, Contract Management, Research, venues, and delivery teams. This position suits professionals with three to five years of project management, event operations, event coordination, or cross-functional project delivery experience. Success requires organized follow-up, strong communication, and understanding of audiovisual, venue, food and beverage, speaker, agenda, and resourcing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build project plans with tasks, owners, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate event strategy and requirements with Product Managers
- Monitor task completion and milestone progress for assigned events
- Communicate updates, blockers, decisions, and risks to relevant teams
- Capture post-event delivery learnings and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in business, project management, event management, operations, or related field
- Three to five years of relevant project delivery experience
- Experience managing plans, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder updates
- Strong understanding of event delivery requirements and resourcing
- Flexibility for occasional travel and periodic after-hours work
