Retail Soft Goods Department Manager Role

- Lead the setup of visual merchandising standards
- Mentor team members through ongoing feedback
- Develop and manage daily game plans for sales
- Create development plans for team performance
- Engage customers as a brand ambassador
- 2 years’ experience in retail, supervisory preferred
- Strong track record in customer service and sales
- Interest in sports or the sporting industry preferred
- Effective leadership and coaching methods
- Business-savvy with customer-centric planning
