Seeking Part-Time Live-Out Housekeeper to Help with Weekly Maintenance Cleaning
$22 per hourPart-time
My spouse and I are busy professionals looking for some extra help with a weekly cleaning for our 3brm (1 bedroom 2 offices), 1.5 bath townhouse while I work from home. $20-25/hr depending on experience and responsibilities. The right candidate would need to be comfortable around our two large dogs, however they will be kept out of the way in my office while you're cleaning :). Mondays mid-morning to afternoon is preferred. Essential Duties Include:
- Cleaning bathrooms (1.5)
- Cleaning kitchen (dishes, sink, wipe counters and exterior of appliances- interior appliance cleaning not required).
- Removing/washing/drying/replacing bed linens for 1 bed
- Dusting (including baseboards, windowsills)
- Vacuuming
- Taking out garbage and recycling to the garbage room
