Director of Product Management

• The Canadian Small & Medium Enterprises team is looking for a Director, Product Management to help drive our growth in the segment through solution innovation & commercialization, value proposition enhancements (core & via partnerships), distribution of Mastercard products and solutions via channel distribution channels, and P&L optimization
• Execute against our strategy to capture incremental segment share and help secure market, divisional leadership
• Analyze market trends,competition,and SME lifecycle journeys to inform product and go-to-market strategies, driving product differentiation and innovation
• Identify partnership opportunities to drive value proposition improvements and new distribution channels
• Support and/or Lead the implementation of new product development initiatives, Product Line Strategy execution, and portfolio optimization activities in collaboration with Services
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (e.g.O&T,Finance,Legal, Marketing, Market Development, Account Management, Services, etc.) to deliver on role and business objectives (eg. portfolio growth, financial analysis/P&L driver optimization, marketing & sales materials, product enhancements, etc.)
• Support business development and account management colleagues in customer-facing discussions to help advance SME objectives
• Collaborate with the broader Commercial & New Payment Flows team to help design and execute relevant use cases to advance digital solutions for the segment
• Work with other regional and divisional teams ensure sales readiness and training by developing necessary sales enablement tools for SMEs
