The Excel personnel team is recruiting!

Indeed, we are currently looking for a new team member to work as a customer service agent at our agency to support Human Resources Advisors in their recruitment work. Here's what the daily tasks will looks like:

• Welcome job seekers and open their file
• Enter personal information directly into our computer system
• Answer candidates' questions about our recruitment services
• Refer pertinent profil to the recruitment team
• Attach to the candidates’ file the identity documents received by email
• Refer employees to the right department (recruitment, payroll, OHS, etc.)
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• All other related tasks

Required profile :
- Experience in customer service, essential
- Experience in a previous office job, a considerable asset
- Mastery of computer tools (Windows, Outlook, data entry software, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication in French
- Other language such as English, an asset (several job seekers speak only English or even are allophones, so mastering a second language makes communication easier)
- Teamwork, resourcefulness and autonomy
- Empathy, listening skills and patience
