- Wash, cut, and season ingredients for meal preparation
- Keep kitchen areas organized and clean as per regulations
- Store food properly and manage ingredient freshness
- Use kitchen tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor equipment conditions and report issues
- Food Handler Certification an asset
- Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends
- Skilled in knife handling and food prep
- Must work well in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication skills in a teamwork-focused role
