Business Analyst with IAM Focus at EPAM

At EPAM, we are looking for a Business Analyst with deep knowledge in IAM and PBAC. This experienced role involves working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to define appropriate security policies and access control models. You will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze functional requirements for security projects
• Define PBAC use cases and policy frameworks
• Document end-to-end workflows and decision-making processes
• Conduct workshops to identify access scenarios and edge cases
• Partner with compliance teams for audit and traceability
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years in Business Analysis focused on IAM
• Proven experience with policy-based access control
• Proficient with documentation tools such as Confluence
• Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, and access governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
