Overview

At Mariner, we are always looking to connect with talented Senior .NET Developers who are interested in future opportunities across our client engagements and internal projects. What You ll Do

• Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Building scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services using C# and .NET.
• Collaborating with architects, business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participating in technical design, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Developing and optimizing database solutions and integrations.
• Supporting Agile development practices and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentoring junior developers and sharing technical expertise across teams.
• Contributing to cloud, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8, and ASP.NET Core .
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong experience with SQL Server , database design, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with Entity Framework and modern development frameworks.
• Proficiency with source control tools such as Git .
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
• Consulting, client-facing, or professional services experience.
• Connect with a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
