We are exploring part-time childcare options for our 5-year-old son in SW Calgary. Our exact start date and schedule are not yet confirmed, but we may be looking for regular afternoon/evening support in the coming weeks. We are looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced part-time nanny to care for our 5-year-old son in our home in SW Calgary. We are primarily looking for help in the afternoons and early evenings, approximately 2–3 days per week for 3–5 hours at a time. There may also be opportunities for additional hours depending on availability. Responsibilities would mainly include playing and engaging with our son, preparing simple snacks or meals, and helping with his afternoon/evening routine. We are not looking for extensive housekeeping — our main priority is someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and can keep him engaged and well cared for. One parent will generally be home, particularly during the initial period. We are hoping to find someone who can work with our family consistently over the next several months. Previous childcare experience and references are important to us. A background check and First Aid/CPR certification would be preferred.
