Engineering Leadership Role at Rimrock Resort

Step into the Engineering Lead position at Rimrock Resort, where your expertise in infrastructure management and HVAC systems will shine. This full-time, permanent role emphasizes technical skills and leadership. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you’ll maintain the hotel’s building systems, ensuring their seamless operation. Your role combines hands-on technical duties with team leadership to ensure both safety and guest satisfaction. You will execute preventative maintenance plans and oversee the engineering staff’s growth and development. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical and cooling systems operations
- Collect and analyze performance data for systems
- Develop compliance documentation in line with regulations
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with hotel operations
- Lead safety training and audit procedures
- Valid Class 4 or 5 Engineer certification
- 3-5 years in engineering or maintenance leadership
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance systems
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on safety
- Experience in luxury hotel environments
