In a context of sustained growth, we are looking for a senior paralegal capable of handling complex corporate files while playing a key role within the team.

Your responsibilities

• Independently manage corporate and transactional files
  
• Prepare and review legal documentation
  
• Ensure the maintenance of corporate records
  
• Perform regulatory follow-ups and deadlines
  
• Collaborate with lawyers, notaries, and multi-site teams
  
• Supervise and support junior/intermediate paralegals
  

Desired profile

• DEC in legal techniques or equivalent
  
• 5+ years of experience in corporate law
  
• Strong ability to manage a high volume of files
  
• Excellent organization, rigor, and autonomy
  
• Communication skills and team spirit
  
• Intermediate English
