Enterprise Content Management Architect

Canada Life Group

Lead enterprise content architecture at Canada Life using IBM CP4BA, AWS, and cloud-native patterns across Toronto, Winnipeg, or London.

This Solution Architect role guides ECM and business automation modernization across mission-critical processes. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions while shaping document management, workflow, automation, and digital business capabilities. The position combines architecture leadership, hands-on expertise, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and govern end-to-end ECM and automation solutions
Lead architecture from concept through operational support
Define diagrams, decision records, specifications, and roadmaps
Architect IBM CP4BA components and content services
Guide AWS modernization, integrations, and migration strategies

Requirements:

10+ years in complex enterprise IT environments
Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Senior Technical Lead experience
Hands-on ECM and Business Automation technology experience
Strong IBM CP4BA and AWS architecture experience

Shape Canada Life’s ECM modernization through IBM CP4BA, AWS architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise technology leadership.
