This position involves direct participation in software development cycles and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll engage with application systems analysis and lead initiatives while ensuring solutions align with Citi's strategic direction. Strong analytical skills and Java proficiency are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop applications for market risk management and trade capture
• Ensure the simplicity and maintainability of software
• Understand and document business requirements thoroughly
• Oversee testing and application rollout processes
• Provide expert support during production issues
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Java development experience
• Core Java skills and experience with Restful services
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and UDeploy
• Strong experience with Linux and distributed systems
