About the Role
Were hiring a Location Manager to run day-to-day install operations across our True North Bath and Lifestyles Windows and Doors teams in Western Ontario. Youll work directly with our crews assign jobs and make sure every project is staged and ready right materials right schedule before the crew ever shows up.

What Youll Do
  • Assign jobs and manage scheduling for install crews across two product lines.
  • Confirm materials are ordered and on site before install day.
  • Be the go-to person for your crews on the ground solving problems as they come up.
  • Track and own your locations numbers: on-time completion quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to jobsites from Mississauga to Windsor including Hamilton Kitchener London and Cambridge.
  • Additional duties as required
Requirements
  • Experience managing install crews or trades teams renovation construction or similar.
  • Someone whos happiest out on jobsites not stuck behind a desk.
  • Strong organizational skills and a valid drivers license.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Willing to travel in Western Ontario
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
