Learning & Development Intern

AstraZeneca seeks a Learning & Development Intern to support the Oncology R&D team in designing and delivering learning initiatives. The role offers hands-on experience in a global pharmaceutical environment with exposure to learning technologies, data analysis, and digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and develop practical solutions for Oncology R&D
- Coordinate learning projects, meetings, timelines and follow-up actions
- Research learning trends, tools and content; summarize findings
- Support learning platforms including Degreed, Cornerstone and Xyleme
- Create communications, presentations and learning resources; organize and analyze learning data
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in university degree program in education, HR, business, communications, life sciences, data, technology or related field
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and deadline management
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Curiosity, initiative, adaptability and collaborative mindset
- Interest in learning technologies, data, AI or digital tools
Compensation: $42,908.00-$56,316.75 base annual salary
