Design & Validation Engineer at Microchip

- Lead validation strategy development for hardware and software platforms
- Define qualification criteria and release readiness requirements
- Design and maintain advanced validation platforms
- Drive investigations of silicon, hardware, and software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product priorities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Proven technical leadership in engineering and project initiatives
- Experience in high-speed networking and FPGA development
- Skills in Python, C/C++, and automation frameworks
