Senior ASIC Validation Engineer at Microchip

In this senior position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative NVMe Flash controller products. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance, optimizing system performance, and creating essential validation infrastructure for pre-silicon and post-silicon products. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute validation plans for silicon
- Debug hardware and software issues at the OS level
- Analyze PCIe and NVMe protocols effectively
- Create embedded software and device drivers
- Build and maintain the validation infrastructure
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, CE, or EE
- 5+ years of experience with scripting (Tcl, Python)
- Proficient in C and embedded C programming
- Strong understanding of digital systems
- Excellent communication skills
