Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Review and evaluate AI-generated financial plans and advisory outputs for accuracy, compliance, and client suitability.
- Calibrate investment and retirement planning models to ensure soundness and practical application.
- Simulate and audit workflows such as asset allocation, risk profiling, estate planning, and retirement income planning .
- Refine AI-produced reports, recommendations, and financial strategies to align with real-world client needs .
- Provide structured feedback to improve the reliability and trustworthiness of AI-driven financial systems.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and product teams to refine model outputs.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar advisory role .
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field ; advanced certifications such as CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC are a strong plus.
- Deep knowledge of financial planning principles , including retirement, estate, and investment planning.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial strategies.
- Familiarity with compliance, fiduciary duties, and regulatory standards in financial advising.
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a remote environment.
