Internal Service Advisor/Coordinator

Orangeville Honda is looking to add an Internal Service Advisor/Coordinator to their team in Orangeville.

Our Internal Service Advisors are responsible for writing internal service repair orders for new cars and used cars, dispatching work to technicians, and subletting work if necessary. This individual will also assist with handling database leads and creating appointments for the Service team.

They are responsible for advising on the necessary services required to vehicles, as well as on routine maintenance.

The Internal Advisor/Coordinator is a great role to improve and perfect your customer service skills while having the opportunity to develop strong product knowledge and sales techniques.

Pay: Base Annual Salary + Commission ranging from $40,000 to $70,000 a year.

Job Duties

• Greeting customers when they arrive and performing a vehicle walk around.
• Help manage internal vehicle repair estimate times and shop loading.
• Handle and manage all internal work orders.
• Responsible for dealing with internal companies.
• Dealing with customer’s inquiries and concerns.
• Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
• Handle database leads and create appointments for the Service Department.
• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (i.e. phone, email or in person).
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Experience with the Honda brand is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Skilled communicator (both written and oral).
• Problem solver.
• Friendly and a trustworthy individual.
• A valid (G) Driver's License and clean driving record is required.
• A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
• Understanding of CDK would be considered an asset.
